Cloudy Lemonade

Here in the Southern Hemisphere we are gearing up for winter, while the Northern Hemisphere are dreaming of warmer weather. We still have some great autumn days and an abundance of lemons. I whipped up a batch of this lemonade concentrate to keep in the fridge for the last days of autumn. It’s a great way to get vitamin C into my kids!

Ingredients:

3 cups of lemon juice (I squeezed 12 lemons and added some pulp too)
2 cups of water
3 cups of white sugar
